Eye Technique (瞳術, Dōjutsu, Localized as: Mystic Eye) encompasses a variety of powers contained within the eye, including mind control.
Known Mystic Eyes
- Kagan: Takes the shape of a flower in place of one's pupils. It has the ability to control people by staring at them. Those who posses the Kagan have the ability to control people's minds.
- Devil's Eye: The user places all their wishes into a special eyepatch and seals off one of their eyes to contain the power within them.
